Currently serves thousands of customers in over 60 countries all over the world and across industries, it has built a super talented team of over +400 people in its headquarters in sunny Barcelona.**Our values ****The Role**This year we're growing the product team by a factor of three, and that means the number of tools we use, processes we implement, and stakeholders we manage is growing as well.Many of the things we're doing now are the result of organic decisions rather than deliberate ones, and we think it's time to have a dedicated Product Operations Manager to help us scale as fast as we need to.**What will I be doing?**As a Product Ops Manager, you'll be part of our larger Product team. We work closely with our clients to understand the world of HR and spot opportunities to improve their workflows.This is the impact we expect you to have:- Impact on **customer knowledge and business orientation**. You will own the customer research product metrics operations, dealing with customer feedback,market benchmarking and research documentation.- Impact on product **quality** and **localization**. You will own the product translation process, collaborating with translators and product teams.- Impact on** product marketing**. You will help raise customer awareness on Product work in progress and Launches, and collaborate on internal product enablement.- Impact on** team efficiency** and happiness. You will own parts of the Product team's people operations, with a focus on time-to-efficiency for new members.Additionally, we are part of the Itnig ecosystem, which means you'll be interacting with all kinds of entrepreneurs and startups, and participating in joint conferences, office parties, and more. Itnig is a venture builder with other rapidly-growing startups such as Camaloon and Quipu.It is an excellent place to learn from other talented professionals,have interesting discussions and knowledge exchanges, and debate different solutions to problems shared among all the startups.**Requeriments**We are looking for a someone with a bit of experience, a lot of ambition, and a good understanding of product-level decision-making.Used to define product product processes, work with metrics, gather and refine customer insights and make initiatives that impact the business.**You are a good fit if you**:- Are passionate about digital products and how people interact with them- Actively find ways to improve processes and results through detailed interactions, even if they're outside of your comfort zone- Have strong communication skills,and you can speak and write in English fluently- Are extremely curious and not afraid of asking questions until you have a good grasp of a given topic- Want a front-row seat at one of the fastest growing SaaS startups in Spain, playing a key role in the growth of the product team**What's next after I apply?**This is what the process looks like:- If your profile is selected, we'll contact you to set the first phone interview. In this interview, we try to align expectations regarding your goals, motivations, and position.- After that phone interview, if we see alignment we'll invite you to do a product challenge with us. This is a 2-hour synchronous workshop where you'll have to solve an exercise with some members of our team.
