Freightos is looking for a Project Manager who supports our mission to deliver exceptional projects.
About the Position You will be leading roll-out projects for our Enterprise and SMB customers.
Responsibilities: Lead software implementation projects, engaging with the customer at point-of-sale and leading them all the way until they go-live.
Develop project plans and execute them according to their timelines, accounting for dependencies and risks.
Centralize and coordinate stakeholder communication and interactions during the project implementation stage.
Familiarize yourself with the technical capabilities of the Freightos WebCargo SAAS products and other relevant services to onboard customers efficiently.
Define strategic initiatives and employ excellent organizational skills to launch customers on the path of strong adoption and growth.
Analyze and identify gaps and inefficiencies in the project rollout process and create a plan to bridge and improve them.
Create clear KPIs for project rollout and implementation and ensure they are met.
