We are already the world's largest digital air cargo booking platform and want to extend our services across the seven seas, providing freight companies with more online sales tools.
To achieve this, we need a world-class Project Manager.


About the Position
You will lead roll-out projects for our Enterprise and SMB customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the process.
This role requires a skill set that includes customer-tailored strategies, relationship management, and excellent customer life-cycle management.
You should be able to handle complex projects while maintaining a positive attitude.


Responsibilities: Lead software implementation projects, engaging with the customer at point-of-sale and guiding them until they go-live.Develop project plans and execute them according to timelines, accounting for dependencies and risks.Centralize and coordinate stakeholder communication and interactions during the project implementation stage.Familiarize yourself with the technical capabilities of the Freightos WebCargo SAAS products and other relevant services to onboard customers efficiently.Define strategic initiatives and employ excellent organizational skills to promote strong customer adoption and growth.Analyze and identify gaps and inefficiencies in the project rollout process and create improvement plans.
