The EU Social Ads YouTube Video Ads Program at Amazon helps our customers discover and re-engage with products, categories, offers, and more value at Amazon by running video marketing campaigns with inspiring content. The Video Marketing space is exciting, challenging, and constantly evolving.
Our team operates at the forefront of this innovation to provide our customers with the best experience as they spend more and more time online watching videos. To do so, we experiment, learn a lot, and work with a wide range of internal and external partners to build a new touch point for our customers.
This Marketing Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to develop a deep understanding of video marketing, actively contribute to the innovation in this space, and cooperate with a wide range of internal and external partners to drive Marketing and Tech projects forward. This role requires an analytical mindset, strong business sense, willingness to constantly learn, and a high degree of ownership to get things done. The successful candidate for this role will be comfortable having a bias for action, diving deep, and delivering results.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Video Marketing Campaigns end-to-end and deliver results:
Plan, create, execute, monitor, and optimize video marketing campaigns.
Develop a deep understanding and precise practice of using the relevant tools to run campaigns.
Periodically analyze, make sense of, and report campaign metrics.
Write and pursue creative briefs, up to completing the creative production.
Contribute to drafting annual campaign roadmaps.
Establish, document, and share best practices in campaign management.Collaborate closely with cross-team marketing professionals, creatives, Tech and Business Intelligence Teams:
Work with creative partners to establish end-to-end processes.
Partner with Amazon marketing teams to surface synergies, share learnings of the program, and design joint campaigns.
Partner with Tech and BI Teams to periodically provide inputs, insights, data, and knowledge.
Coordinate with other regional Amazon marketing teams to help them progress.Continuously learn more about the main aspects that drive innovation in the video marketing space:
Learn incumbent and new video marketing solutions, incrementality measurement methodologies, and creative best practices in the industry.
Document, apply, and share these learnings with partner marketing teams.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of experience. Ideally background in digital marketing, product management, or consulting. Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a passion and aptitude for analysis and related tools.
