PAGO NXT is looking for a Governance Jr Analyst, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.

This position is for the Payments Hub team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a member of the Swift Team, you will work within the Governance department assigned mainly to reporting and performance measurement, management dashboards creation, controls execution and follow-up tasks. The following are some of the key responsibilities for this role:
Identify valuable data sources and automate data gathering processes in order to improve the key department reports.Improve recurrent reporting and ensure timely delivery.Present information using friendly reports that contain relevant information of Swift business.Participate in implementation of tools, projects and processes.Support external and internal audits by executing controls and providing evidence.EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in economics, finance engineering or similar field.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Advanced English.
Good interpersonal, written and communication skills.
Understanding of Scrum or Agile development and DevOps team initiatives.
Ability to effectively interact with different teams and clients.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and possess strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement.
Ability to seek clarification or assistance when needed.
Willing to learn and develop Swift concepts, work in a multidisciplinary team, and communicate with clients in 3 continents.
