What are we looking for?We're looking for a Partner Analytics Manager, Hotels to join our Hotels Commercial team. You will focus on optimising performance of Skyscanner's portfolio of partners and hotels through data driven insights and working closely with our Commercial Manager to drive the intended outcomes. You will help us reach our revenue goals by optimising opportunities in markets and within partnerships to help us grow.
What will you be responsible for?Collaborate with Commercial managers in identifying opportunities to grow partnerships and Skyscanner Hotels revenue.Apply analytical skills to understand and optimize performance and value for our partners.Work to develop and execute account plans that position Skyscanner as a strategic partner.Supervise and analyse relevant performance metrics and focus on activities that grow partners' performance.Perform investigations into poor partners' performances and provide tactical and data-driven recommendations for improvements.Develop and implement tools and processes to transform raw data into business insights to be used for decision making and strategic planning.Work with Product and Data Science teams to craft Skyscanner's product in ways that bring value for our partners, as well as for Skyscanner.Communicate expertly with internal and external collaborators, coordinating with other functional and support areas, including marketing, product, finance, etc.What skills do we need?Understanding of the travel tech eco system. Preferably meta and/or OTA would be ideal.Strong data analysis experience using analytical and visualisation tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working with large amounts of data.Ability to interpret partner, market and competitor performances through data analysis and implement impactful action plans based on the data.Strong communications skills.What we want from you?You drive results in a big way and can get things done in a highly matrixed and collaborative organization.An ability to communicate value and influence customer decision makers.Strong relationship leadership skills, tenacious and a cross function collaborator.You have phenomenal organizational skills, integrity, and great follow through.
