We can't wait to meet you!Responsibilities: React to requests from customers in German or English via email, live chat and phone if needed.Analyze problems and recommend corrective action via articles/solutions if identified.Organize a call to perform a deeper analysis, to help apply the suggested solution, to capture traffic data for further investigation and conduct a tech check, if need be.Assist existing and prospective customers with technical testing for issues related to firewall and specific requirements.Forward requests to responsible departments for escalations or collaborate in accordance with processes and protocols in place.Update, translate and/or create FAQ articles as well as our internal processes pages in German.Requirements: English + German language skills C1 levelCommunicate clearly and preciselyAnalytical thinking and ability to focus on a bigger picture, as well as quickly understand the importance of a requestConscientious and reliable way of workingRespect deadlines and excel at self-organizationAbility to adapt own working timesReact flexibly on different changing requirements from different stakeholdersMust be based in Germany or SpainInclusion: Wait, you don't tick all the boxes?
