You'll be responsible for maintaining the structure & services of the premises in accordance with the highest standards of quality, safety, & ensuring that the building is statutory compliant while creating an exceptional experience.The focus of the role will be to lead the support services for Criteo's west coast offices. This includes, but is not limited to, service delivery management and client relationship management.There will be contact with members of staff at all levels including senior leadership, external contractors, suppliers and members of the general public.Must be able to travel to all west coast offices on a regular basis as well as occasional visits to other selected locations including New York and Paris.What will you be doing?Client LiaisonPoint of contact for local Workplace Associates and local Managing Directors, including regular client visits.Work with local Workplace Managers to continually review and improve the experience delivered to our people.Procurement, Travel and Workplace ServicesManage vendor relationships and seek out vendor options and competitive pricing (procurement, travel and workplace vendors).Support the effective management of budgets and forecast within select group of offices.Support with the delivery of new locations as required.Support with strategic planning aimed at developing better services for our people.TeamEnsure an effective communication processes is established across the select group of offices.Manage day-to-day operations of any direct reports within your select group of offices.Coordinate seamless service delivery across the business by proactively supporting local Workplace Associates.Oversee performance management of direct reports ensuring they have the tools available to effectively deliver for our people.Systems & ProceduresTo manage helpdesk queue request.Effective use of other systems as required by the job (experience with JIRA is a plus).Co-ordination of internal office systems and data management
