Your mission is to ensure all well operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.Through your leadership, you will foster a culture of safety and operational excellence, laying the groundwork for your progression to a Well Site Leader position.Your Duties and ResponsibilitiesOrganize and lead safety and operational briefings and debriefings related to well operations.Lead daily planning meetings, liaising with customer representatives, contractors, and third-party supervisors to discuss operations.Participate in daily planning calls with various party supervisors to ensure alignment and resource optimization.Update forecasts and planned activities to anticipate resource requirements, ensuring well demands are met with optimal efficiency.Ensure equipment and services compliance with contracts and manage inventory of essential materials and rental equipment.Prepare and issue material and equipment requests timely to avoid operational disruptions.Develop detailed operational procedures, including technical and operational calculations relevant to well- or rig-site operations.Ensure operations comply with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, focusing on risk prevention and operational excellence.Manage operations communications effectively, keeping stakeholders informed and service providers equipped to perform their services.Participate in operational performance improvement initiatives and program changes.Qualifications and SkillsProven experience in field service delivery and well operations management.Strong leadership skills with a focus on health, safety, and environmental protection.Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of leading safety and operational meetings.Proficiency in planning and managing resources to meet well operation demands efficiently.Ability to prepare detailed operational procedures and perform relevant calculations.Commitment to compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.Experience in managing operational communications and stakeholder information flow.Demonstrated ability to participate in operational performance improvements.Additional InformationWorking Days Hours: Equal Rotation (4x4)Location: Ubari-Rig SiteBenefits: Based on experience the offer has a competitive salary.
