- Fluent in Spanish and English.

Key Job ResponsibilitiesRecruit, develop, and inspire a growing team.Master the performance levers and the strategic relationship between the team's activity and the results.Constantly raise the quality of execution, the processes put in place, and the achievement of objectives.Define the overall strategy of the Commercial customer segment.Work in partnership with Amazon Retail, Product Manager teams, and various Amazon functions to share customer feedback and propose improvements.Present the results in the context of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.A Day in the LifeIn the everyday life of a head of Commercial customer, the leader will audit the performance of the team, understand areas of opportunity, and share key messages with the team.
They will also conduct interviews and one-on-one meetings with the team to train them and develop their careers.
Additionally, they will have meetings with their Europe peers to discuss the strategic plan for the next year and decide which features will be a priority for our customers.

The team is composed of Customer Advisors and People Managers reporting to our future Head of Commercial Customers.
- Experience in e-procurement, purchasing, or consulting.

- Ability to demonstrate that you have helped identify new areas of innovation through your understanding of customer needs.
