About the roleWhat you'll be doing:Management and Services AdministrationManages and assigns incoming work to AIS Technical TeamsCoordinate opportunities and work with pre-sales, sales, and partner teamsEvaluates the effectiveness of resource utilization, adjusting accordingly.Identifies gaps in resources that impact on the organization's effectiveness.Develops strategies to address resource issues.Organizes team efforts using methods associated with industry best practicesDevelops service measurement/management tools and processes.Develops customer satisfaction surveys and key performance indicators for AIS work.Writes/negotiates operational level and internal service level agreements.Manages a team of consultants supporting them in their personal and career development.QualityManage the quality of Cloud / Development / Scripting Services Delivery for AISDrive best practice and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance throughout your teamsStrategic Partners & DeliveryCoordinate pre-sales support to expedite package and kick starter engagement salesManage the internal customer (PS) experience and ensure overall customer satisfaction is at the forefront of each client engagementManage scheduled work and all follow-up actions being completed in an accurate and timely manner, facilitating close working relationships between AIS and other parts of Professional ServicesWhat we're looking for:Confident leader, experience managing people/teamsUnderstanding of the professional services business modelGeneral knowledge of technical engagements for Gitlab / Migrations / Cloud / Development / Scripting and adjacent ecosystemsExcellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skillsAn ability to think innovatively and creativelyDrive and aptitude to manage a broad range of responsibilitiesHigh level of attention to detailGeneral understanding of the software development life cycleHighly organized and able to manage multiple work streamsBilingual in English and Spanish; must be fluent in both at a business level.A few nice to haves:LI-Remote
