Tasks to be performed:Report stock level and fulfillment deliveries to customer.Customer incident analysis including 8D leadership if necessary.Identification and escalation of non-compliance risks on time delivery to customer.Participation in daily meeting with production areas and review production planning as a result of it.Confirmation of the delivery plan to the customer.Contract planning review.Review customer portals.Structures, updates in EOP / SOP / Changes.Special manufactures.Dispute service levels.Ensure in introductions and changes the labels, documentation of the shipment and content of the correct electronic transmissions.Requirements:This position is the link between our manufacturing plant and our end customers.Both for the monitoring of the programs, and in the resolution of logistical incidents.An engineer with a high level of English is required; knowledge of French will be valued.Advanced knowledge of Excel is required.Previous SAP knowledge will be valued.Teamwork skills are required.Knowledge in data analysis will be valued.#J-18808-Ljbffr
