Your Accountabilities: As part of Airbus and to accelerate the development of a hydrogen-powered commercial aircraft, the job holder will be accountable for the role of Raman Technology Specialist. The goal is to design and integrate the Raman Optical sensor technology in different systems of the ZEROe project (Fuel Cell and other systems). This includes evaluating different design proposals and preparing to test a concept of the system. The job requires interactions with a large community of stakeholders: Airbus engineering community, Airbus subcontractors, and external industrial and academic partners. Your Main Responsibilities: Continue developing the system of main components of the Raman Technology for various applications. Prepare tests to evaluate the performance of these main components under different scenarios. Support the design and integration of the Raman Technology from architecture to design phase up to manufacturing and testing. Who We Are Looking For: Required Educational Background and Experience: Master's degree / Diploma in Engineering or similar qualifications. At least 2 years of experience working in the design of RAMAN systems. Mastery of Raman System Architecture related to hardware and software. Experience in the design of mechanical interfaces of optical sensors and the definition of optical systems. Experience working in Fiber Optic applications (mainly for environmental monitoring applications). Experience in systems working in cryogenic environments. Thermal and fluid mechanical background. Design knowledge in structure and system integration (electrical and mechanical). Good scripting and programming skills are a plus. Project management experience would be a plus. Strong relationship building, networking, interpersonal and communication skills. High degree of initiative, credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality, and trust.
