This is a remote position for any European / UK candidate.
Our client's Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) allows DeFi (Decentralized Finance) traders to make better trades by being better connected.
The key difference is that in the decentralized world of DeFi, you need to be connected to everyone.

Responsibilities Independently investigate and troubleshoot problems to resolution by collaborating with DevOps and Engineering teams.Support sales and business development activities.Seamlessly onboard new users, blockchains, miners, and businesses.Perform corrective maintenance activities with users.Conduct preventative maintenance, such as software upgrades, as needed.Identify issues and quality gaps in bloXroute's service for multiple blockchains.Write technical whitepapers and application notes.Provide clarity on quality requirements received from management and Engineering team.Utilize data to provide insights and recommend action plans to improve program QA. Requirements 1+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or relevant experience.Understanding of ETH and EVM blockchain networks.Experience with using web3 (like web3py, web3js) clients to query blockchain data.Understanding of blockchain nodes and p2p networks.Basic understanding of smart contracts and DeFi.Basic experience in writing code and infrastructure management (Docker).
