Job Description We deliver earnings on demand by partnering and integrating with leading employers (our clients) across the UK, Spain, and Colombia (and many more countries in the future!).
To launch new clients quickly and effectively, we are looking for a Client Onboarding Intern to support our existing onboarding team.
You will gain first-hand experience with what it takes to launch a product with major companies, working with our technical, sales, marketing, customer success, and legal teams.
You will report to our Global Onboarding Project Manager.
Our onboarding process can take anything between a few days to a few weeks and will typically involve: Gathering launch requirements from the client Performing a technical integration (usually via API) with the client's payroll or workforce management system Developing and implementing a marketing/communications strategy to get our client's employees excited about Hastee.
As a Client Onboarding junior project manager, your role will include the following: Collect documents to orient and guide projects and outcomes.
Communicate with stakeholders (clients + internal teams) about scheduling and project status.
Gather client requirements.
Prepare kick-off presentations.
Update weekly onboarding reports.
Follow-up tasks across departments.
Take notes in meetings in relation to the next steps.
Set internal/external meetings.
Key skills/experience required: Excellent organization and project management skills Very strong communication/client relationship skills Fast learner, proactive, takes ownership Ideally someone with 1-2 years of experience Qualifications: Fluent at both English and Spanish 1-2 years of relevant project management experience or as a consultant with client-facing environments Prior experience working with project management software (such as Jira, and Asana) Technical understanding about APIs and data communication protocols Prior experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong at building relationships quickly Great organization skills with a passion for developing and implementing robust processes Highly self-motivated, proactive, and willing to pull up your sleeves and take ownership Big curiosity and a desire to learn Strong at communicating at various levels - from developers through to senior executives Prior experience in client-facing environments Excited by working in a fast-paced, international, high-growth fintech start-up where you can have a real impact on people's financial wellbeing Additional Information You can be based in either London or Barcelona and will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
