The Account Manager serves as sales, business development and renewals support for the Regional Account Executive, helping the Regional team to achieve success through quota attainment and customer retention. You will leverage your customer management, business and sales acumen, and technical skills to ensure you achieve the required customer renewal targets for your book of business. You will work closely with Customer Success and the Account Executive to ensure renewals are managed and processed appropriately. Performing business development activities to build pipeline for the Regional team and working closely with the Account Executive to close new logos.
Here's what you'll do: Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels within the customer organizationDevelop technical proficiency related to use cases, technical landscape, and Synack solutionsPerform outreach to prospects and conduct discovery callsBuild and expand our enterprise pipeline with emphasis on new logosProspecting into new and existing client base to discover opportunities and upsellFacilitate technical conversations and overcome objections with technical stakeholdersWork cross functionally with associated internal teams that help progress the selling effortWork closely with the marketing team in conjunction with the Account Executive to plan industry and partner eventsKeep accurate records of your sales activity and forecast of your pipeline in SFDC and Clari Here's what you'll need: At least 3-5 years junior account management and/or Business Development experience in the Cyber Security Industry or Technology IndustryInformation security knowledge; general awareness on best practices, security risk management, and industry trendsAbility to identify leads within install-base and help grow customersCustomer-first mindset and advocacyAbility to work independently and to collaborate effectively across functionsExcellent verbal and written communication and in-person and virtual presentations Ready to join us? This position has responsibility to ensure Synack's security and privacy posture is maintained. €105000 - €120000 Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
