Join us at Bayer to have a career where you can put your passion into practice and make an impact using Science for a better life.For our S2P Center of Expertise team, we are looking for a:Automation ExpertThe Source to Pay (S2P) Center of Expertise (CoE) Global Automation Expert is responsible to work in close collaboration with the S2P Leadership (GPOs, SDMs, Head of CoE) and IT (including external providers) to translate the S2P strategy into concrete measures and drive its implementation and increase automation, in accordance to expected quality, efficiency and compliance levels. He/she is responsible to contribute to the harmonization and the optimization of the complete S2P process (from Content creation to payment) within own area of responsibility on a global level, with primary focus, but not limited to activities performed within the Global Business Services (GBS).Responsibilities will include:Provide business consultancy and assistance in areas related to Process Automation.Coordinating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, understanding end-to-end processes, assessing feasibility of processes for automation and creation of prototypes.Interact with business analysts to understand, support and draft business requirements.Developing training documents and providing training to business process owners on new or changed processes/automations.Contributing to the overall maturity of the function through development of tools/templates and providing education to GBS S2P Operations.Building knowledge and capabilities in emerging technologies or improving the existing ones, by keeping a focus on the market trend.We would expect from you:Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or closely related discipline.Passion for innovation, technology, and process excellence.Excellent analytical skills and root cause analysis.Experience in international projects or teams.Good collaboration, influencing, communication and presentation competencies.Knowledge of programming (Python, VBA, C#).Knowledge of RPA and various tools used to implement automation.Languages: Fluent English + additional language as a plus
