In this role, you will be a trusted partner for the commercial teams and act as an intermediary between them and the Leadership Team to drive TMTT strategy.
How you will make an impact:Act as a copilot and trusted partner to commercial teams by leading analyses across our portfolio of therapies.Champion adoption of new tools & systems to support sustainable TMTT growth.Own and lead business reviews to Leadership Team.Work on transformative strategic projects for the Business Unit and on continuous improvement cross-functionally.What you will need (Required):Master's Degree in related field of study (Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Engineering)5 years of relevant experienceWhat else we look for (Preferred):Proven expertise in MS Office Suite including PowerPoint & Excel.Experience with Anaplan, Qlik and Salesforce or any other ERP.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to perform work independently as part of projects.Results driven and team player.What is it like to work in Valencia's office?This role will be onsite with home office included once per week and flexibility to respect work-life balance.
