As an HR Business Partner, you will be the first point of contact for Tech & Product Departments (60+ employees) across Spain and France.
You will join a team of 3 people and report to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Your missions:Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle: collection of needs, recruitment, onboarding, and new hires follow-up.
Responsible for recruitments and internal mobility, relationships with recruitment agencies, etc.Career Development: Follow the employee's development throughout his/her career with the company.
Management and monitoring of career plan, training plan, internal career development, and relationships with training providers.
Provide support to teams and managers: day-to-day relations, identify and retain talents, organizational consulting, salary competitiveness, disciplinary issues, etc.HR Development and Projects: Management and monitoring of People Reviews, Feedback 360.
Manage culture workshops and local HR projects in Spain in collaboration with other team members.Staff Administration & KPI: Local point of contact to centralize payroll elements at group level for Spain.
Collaborate with HR Ops & Legal for administrative matters (paid leave, payroll, certificate, etc.).
Take part in other duties: General Services Management, documentation, KPI. As the teams are based in Spain and France, business trips will be required between the various offices.
Profile and Skills Required:At least 6-8 years of experience in a similar role (HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist, etc).Prior experience with collective agreement 'Oficinas y despachos de Cataluña'.Fluent in Spanish and English, proficient in French.Experience in an international context/M&A.In-depth legal knowledge of HR fundamentals in Spain.Proven experience in recruitment for Tech and Product functions.Have a facilitator stance which enables you to be an HR Ambassador.Common sense and business-oriented.
