Accountabilities:
To coordinate and provide technical insight to root cause investigations from ML1, 2 and 3.To analyse data from in-service operations to assess engine behaviour and emerging trends.To manage the provision of data/hardware to support Life Management Plan activity.To coordinate and input technical requirements for engine repair.To liaise with the Service Support team and support the Customer operations stream.To compile responses to Technical Variances, coordinating this with the EPI Partner Companies.To validate technical documentation providing service perspective and processes.To prepare presentations to summarise in-service events and ensure clear reporting of in-service events.To support the Fleet Manager in developing maintenance improvements and assist with the investigation in reducing any operational burden in this respect.To provide on-call services to cover 24/7 Front Office Support for AOG. Responsibilities:
To support the Fleet Manager and Data Manager in discharging their duties.To support the 24/7 Front Office Service and Team.To support the EPI functions in discharging their duties ensuring that any service engineering issues are tabled for consideration.To support other EPI functions in discharging their accountabilities to deliver their contractual requirements.To support other functions to deliver their accountabilities by providing and iterating where required interfacing requirements, data and outputs.To ensure compliance with the EPI Quality Management System. Profile:
Engineering degree qualified in Aerospace or engineering related discipline.Knowledge of gas turbine operations and architecture.Experience of working in an in-service environment in a technical support role on safety critical systems in a high pressure, complex environment.
