About the roleOversee the EP (Electrophysiology) Capital Equipment strategy, aimed at increasing our market share and therapy penetration and adoption, while achieving the highest possible standards in operationally managing at country level the equipment working side by side with Sales organization and Marketing department.
Your Responsibilities Will IncludeOversee Capital and Service Strategy:Grow business in close relationship with local sales team responsible for service/capital business.Maintain knowledge of the industry and the competition continually seeking information from physicians, suppliers, and others to improve marketing and sales strategies to achieve business goals.Coordinate capital equipment installations and maintenance operations in collaboration with CETS, Quality, Legal, Sales and other internal departments.Participate and collaborate in local launch plans.Coordinate the local fleet of capital equipment.Continuously work on improvement of workflows.Facilitate and follow TPI procedures.Maintain Sales Execution and Productivity: Working closely with the country Sales team, develop tactics and strategies to grow high potential regions, EP FCE productivity and account productivity.What we are looking for in you?Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders and deal with complex situations in a time pressure.Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.Collaborates with international teams so fluent English is a must.Expertise in project management.May direct and control the activities and budget of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups, projects/programs and/or operations.Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. federal/country and regulatory requirements).Occasionally the job may involve travelling mainly at national level.What We Can Offer To YouUpskillingAutonomyHealthy competitionMentoringCompany with a purposeful missionWe, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
