Reporting to the VP HR South of Europe, your main responsibilities will be:
Act as a strategic partner to the VP Cluster South on all HR related mattersDevelop and implement enterprise-wide strategies to address big challengesMeasure and monitor existing policies and proceduresProvide immediate fixes to acute HR situationsFind solutions to individual employee issuesSupport implementation of strategic goals through HR activities such as staffing, compensation and benefits, and employee relationsDevelop, align, coordinate, and support HR in the South areaImplement and be an ambassador for the company valuesRecruit high-level managers in the South RegionProvide HR legal support, supporting negotiationsThe selected candidate will fit with:
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Law or similar.
Master in HR is very valuableExperience: Minimum of 10-12 years of progressively increasing broad HR experience, preferably from an international environment.
At least 4 years in a managerial role.
Experience leading cultural changes is highly valuable.
Solid working knowledge of all HR Operations, Development, and Legal.
In-depth knowledge of Spanish employment legislation and collective agreements.
Strong expertise and sensitivities in recruitment activities.Languages: Bilingual or fluent in Spanish is a must.
High level of English is a must (min C1)Availability: Availability to travel punctuallySoft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to drive ambitious goals and become a change agent.
Able to coach and guide people development.
Able to organize and work in a structured and systematic way and focused on simplicity with a quality mindset.
High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality is a must.
