In four years, we've raised over 300 million euros in funding and helped people reclaim more than one billion euros.Role Overview: As a Lead Product Manager User Activation & Growth (d/f/m) at Taxfix, you have extensive expertise in developing and implementing revenue-generating features and models, as well as overseeing robust and secure payment systems. Your knowledge spans pricing strategies, subscription models, payment gateways, and maximizing customer lifetime value. You are adept at aligning monetization and payment infrastructure efforts with overall business goals. You will be focusing on our German tax filing product where we have proven product-market fit and a strong data foundation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement monetization strategies to drive revenue growth, including pricing models, subscription plans, and in-app purchases.Oversee the integration and management of payment gateways, ensuring secure and seamless transactions for users.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new revenue streams and enhancements to existing models.Utilize data analytics to monitor performance of monetization features, making data-driven adjustments to optimize revenue.Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation methods to validate monetization hypotheses and refine strategies.Build strong relationships and proactively communicate with Marketing, Brand and Country leadership as well as other product teams to create a shared understanding of monetisation levers, metrics and learnings.Define and align on clear monetisation KPIs to guide prioritization, measure impact and report progress.Qualifications:Over 7+ years of experience in digital product management, with a significant portion dedicated to monetization and payment infrastructure.Advanced understanding of various monetization models including freemium, subscription, pay-per-use, and in-app purchases.Proficiency in data analysis to drive pricing strategies and optimize revenue streams.Strong knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting to enhance monetization efforts.Extensive experience in payment infrastructure, including integration with payment gateways, managing transaction security, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.Expertise in conducting A/B testing and other experimentation methods to validate monetization hypotheses.Experience managing payment systems, including integrating payment gateways and ensuring transaction security
