Role details:Review of the current information security policies, procedures and guidelines and proposal of improvements or development of new documents where applicable.Identification of Small World security controls and requirements from third parties (partners, regulators, etc.
).Support in the gap analysis between Small World security controls and corporate policies and procedures, including proposal and guidance to implement outstanding controls.Support in the development and delivery of security training and awareness contents.
Monitoring and reporting on KPIs related to the security training plan.Participation in the execution of the Security Strategic Annual Plan of Small World.Support in the assessment of systems/software and tools from a security standpoint as well as in the DD of third parties.Support in security incident management may be required. Role Requirements (What we want to see):Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent education or work experience.
Master's degree in security would be a plus.1-3 years of prior relevant experience in Cyber/Information Security risk management, governance and compliance.Experience working with security risk management standards (NIST CSF, ISO 27001/2, Magerit, PILAR).Participation in security audits, report generation and presentation.Experience developing security policies and procedures.Experience dealing with security audit and regulatory findings (identification, monitoring, implementation, reporting, etc.
).English: fluent (C1) or native.
Spanish would be a plus.Experience in security training and awareness projects would be a plus.Knowledge in the following security areas would be a plus: Cyber Intelligence, Ethical Hacking, Computer Forensics, Incident Management and Response. Want to know more about us?
