ABOUT THE ROLEThis role leads a friendly and creative Marketing team based in Madrid, who work in close collaboration with colleagues in Oxford and across the world. In this key role, the post holder will develop, manage, and implement the marketing strategy for Spain in order to generate demand for our products and services, increase brand awareness and develop customer loyalty.
Key accountabilities:Lead and develop compelling customer value propositions and promotional plans for ELT and local language products and services in SpainDesign and deliver effective product lifecycle strategies for digital products and servicesCreate compelling customer experiences to drive customer acquisition and retentionTrack and analyze product and promotion performanceManage and develop talent within the Spain Marketing teamABOUT YOUYou will be a creative, customer-focused individual who learns quickly and has the ability to understand and respond to market needs, driving the continual development of our marketing strategy in Spain. You'll be confident in developing and managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns with a track record of delivering on campaign objectives to achieve commercial growth, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
