The Challenge We are looking for a Compliance and E-commerce Legal Counsel to join our Legal team. You will provide comprehensive legal support for the company's e-commerce operations, ensuring compliance with evolving laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks, and fostering ethical business practices. What You Will Do Compliance & Ethics: Assist in developing and implementing internal compliance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and compliance regulations. Commercial Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier agreements, customer contracts, partnership agreements and licensing agreements. Consumer Law: Advise on consumer protection laws, including distance selling regulations, unfair commercial practices and dispute resolution mechanisms. E-commerce Compliance: Monitor and advise on legal developments related to e-commerce such as digital services regulations (DSA, DMA), product safety or artificial intelligence. Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant legal issues, providing clear and concise legal advice to internal stakeholders. Dispute Resolution: Assist in managing legal disputes and pre-litigation matters, including negotiating settlements. What We're Looking For 2 to 3 years of experience as a lawyer specialized mainly in digital law and with some knowledge on e-commerce. Degree in Law with strong academic credentials. Admitted to practise law in Spain. Excellent level of English so that you are a fluent speaker and you may draft and review agreements in English too. Open to provide legal guidance across a wide variety of legal issues to business stakeholders.
