Your responsibilities will include: Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes.Ensure the quality and accuracy of clinical trial data and perform data integrity checks.Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data.Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns.Identify non-useful data and clean them from the data analysis.Design and implement data analytics solutions using AI methods, such as machine learning algorithms, to support clinical trial operations.Develop predictive models and algorithms to support patient selection, trial planning, and monitoring.Combine models through ensemble modeling.Present information using data visualization techniques.Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.Collaborate with data architects, software engineers, and product development teams.Perform other work-related duties as assigned.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, biostatistics, and regulatory affairs to identify and prioritize data analytics needs. Requirements: Degree in Mathematics or a related field.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for interpreting data.At least 2-4 years of experience in solutions, predictive model development.Experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R is a plus.Familiarity with data analysis tools, such as SQL and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.Experience working with datasets, including designing, implementing, and validating predictive models is a plus.Knowledge of clinical trial processes, including study design, data collection, and regulatory requirements is a plus.Hands-on experience with data analysis.
