.The Opportunity: We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in the Valencia Province area.
In this role, you will manage and grow an established portfolio of private and public sector clients while actively prospecting for new business opportunities.
What we are looking for: Education: University degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Food Science and Technology, or related fields.
Experience: Previous sales experience is highly valued; experience working in alaboratory is an asset.
Language Skills: Native Spanish speaker with a good level of English, both written and verbal (B1-B2 level, no certification required; part of the interview will be conducted in English).
IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.G., Salesforce, SAP).

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs.
Meet or exceed sales and margin targets (IOP).
Analyze client profiles to identify trends, sales opportunities, and tailor acquisition strategies accordingly, including public tender processes.
Provide consultative sales, identifying client needs, detailing products, and recommending solutions.
Work closely with the sales administration team to create proposals and implement sales strategies.
Represent Avantor with professionalism, ensuring a positive image with clients and manufacturers.
