Join us today as a Senior Renewals Sales Representative
BMC Senior Renewals Sales Representatives will be responsible for managing and driving software subscription renewals across our customer base. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless renewal process, identify expansion opportunities, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
You will manage and drive the renewals process for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate renewals of contracts.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and advocating for their success.
Identify and address potential risks to ensure high retention and renewals.
Collaborate with account managers, customer success, and support teams to develop strategies that deliver value to customers.
Negotiate renewal contracts and pricing, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and company goals.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue growth.
Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of renewal status and pipeline activities.
Provide insights and feedback to product and customer success teams to enhance customer experience.
Stay current on company product offerings, industry trends, and customer requirements.
To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

5+ years previous experience in sales, specifically software maintenance renewals, is preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oracle and Salesforce.com applications.
Business aware, curious by nature, and an everyday problem solver.
Ability to work to the highest standards independently and in a team environment.
Fluency in English + another language, preferred being Spanish. Other languages desirable.
