Our team in Barcelona is now looking for a Data Quality Manager to oversee the execution of AI projects and ensure the overall quality of outcome data to meet and exceed our customer delivery expectations. As our Data Quality Manager,
you will be solely responsible for ensuring data quality excellence for the biggest names within the Information Technology industry.
What the role entailsEstablishment of data quality processes: Gathering and analyzing in-place QC measurements, enhancing QC processes and creating action plans to increase data excellence. Tracking the success of process implementation and developing a feedback system.Compliance to quality standards: Identifying and auditing non-conformance of delivery results and initiating corrective and preventive actions. Reviewing the results of corrective actions and producing QC reports.Managing the team: Managing possible data issues within the project team, ensuring that the team is following established QC procedures. Ensuring the team meets their deadlines. Developing training plans, supporting the team in the definition and implementation of manual and system-supported processes.Report on data quality performance: Maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams and utilizing data to provide all relevant stakeholders (Operations, Sales and any other relevant parties) with QC insights and recommendations.Promoting data quality: Translating project delivery requirements into a format comprehensible for both technical and non-technical audiences. Organizing online review sessions demonstrating best practices.Creating overview materials: Templates, how-to documents, trackers, process narratives, and process flow diagrams using Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word.Whom are we looking forMinimum Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Statistics, Computer Science or another relevant field.Full professional proficiency in English.3+ years hands-on working experience in Quality Management.100% commitment to data quality excellence and good process management skills.Critical thinker with ability to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.Analytical mind, ability to interpret data using statistical techniques and provide reports as well as effective data visualizations.Ability to assimilate large volumes of information quickly in the fast-paced context of AI business environment.Excellent communication skills and experience in cross-functional teamwork.
