Social Project Manager at MediaMonks You are a social-media-savvy professional, with experience in social media asset management.

Based in Madrid, this position will be part of a dedicated team embedded with one of our largest client accounts, so the client-facing experience is a must.
Role & Responsibilities You will manage all client social needs ranging from content calendar creation to campaign execution, and any other type of digital project that might be thrown your way. You will increase social engagement and facilitate the online community of the brands we work with. You will be responsible for planning and goal setting across all the Brand Channels (Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
), using Social Media Management Tools, such as Sprinklr. You will create, research, and optimize timely and engaging content optimized for the platform used. You will develop and maintain the relevant governance mechanisms suited to the project. You'll identify and cultivate new opportunities, working with team leads from social, creative, technical, and growth teams to explore and win these opportunities.
Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content. Ensure the final deliverables and outcomes are consistent with the brief timeline, client's strategy, brand, and creative goals, as well as our own quality standards. You will identify target customers and plan for increased engagement within that customer target. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, then acting on the information. Research social media trends and inform the client of changes that are relevant to marketing activities. Requirements Your 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media management, digital marketing, or production have made you fabulous at dealing with stress and phenomenal at communicating with (stressed-out) clients and coworkers. You have experience with running projects and managing teams. You have the ability to internalize client requests and manage expectations. You have incredible organization, communication, and documentation skills.
You excel at juggling multiple spinning plates that are all moving in different directions, with varying deadlines. You're an excellent team builder that listens to team members' concerns, resolves conflicts, and encourages feedback.
