Position Snapshot Location: Nespresso Hub, Barcelona, Spain.Type of Contract: Permanent.Type of work: HybridWork Language: Fluent Business English The Role As ESG Solution Deployment Project Specialist, you will ensure the technical delivery of Nespresso's digital ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining an integrated Nespresso IT ecosystem in collaboration with Nestlé IT teams and Nespresso Digital Transformation team. You will serve as a primary support for user feedback during the deployment of the tools and systems, ensuring that user needs are effectively addressed. Additionally, you will work closely with Nespresso's co-pilots in the field to facilitate the long-term adoption of these tools by Nespresso AAA agronomists. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering user engagement and satisfaction within our digital initiatives.
In This Role, You Will: Deploy at speed and scale the sustainability digital ecosystem.Oversee the deployment of digital assets: facilitate onboarding and adoption of tools within Nespresso's value chain, continuously improve these tools based on user feedback, and collaborate with AAA co-pilots to ensure long-term adoption by coffee suppliers.Establish the technical foundation of Nespresso's digital ecosystem for efficient data management and processing.Ensure the integration of external digital solutions within Nestlé IT Landscape.Develop data models to support monitoring dashboards.Be responsible in the IT compliance and risk processes for newly tested solutions with the support of Nestlé IT teams and evaluate integration feasibility prior to scale up. What We're Looking For: Hold a university degree or master's equivalent.At least three years of professional experience in data modelling and IT systems, with expertise in coding and data systems.Fast learner adaptable to changing environments, capable of working effectively in a multinational and multistakeholder context.Strong communication skills in English.
