We are at the forefront of innovation and digitalisation with GenAI tools, data and Powerhouses shaping the future of how we work.Role Purpose:This is a strategic role involving direct interactions with the Chief Legal Officer and the Legal Leadership Team as well as other senior members of the legal organisation. The person will be in charge of developing, monitoring and overseeing the legal organisation's technology and AI strategy and roadmap as well as overseeing the optimal implementation of the carefully selected tools. The person will also lead change management and drive adoption of the legal technology and AI tools, and is expected to identify opportunities for optimising the use of legal technology and Artificial Intelligence.Job Responsibilities:Developing, monitoring and overseeing the legal organisation's technology & AI strategy and roadmap.Oversee the optimal implementation of the carefully selected technology and AI tools.Lead change management and training to ensure wide adoption of legal tech.Continuously monitor development of legal tech and AI tools.Ensure continuous optimisation of the tools used by the legal team.Identify areas for improvement and innovation and develop plans to achieve improvement.Align the legal tech and AI strategy with broader legal and business objectives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
