Being part of the Operations team, the Business Support Center Project Lead is responsible for planning and coordination of all activities related to the instruments installations. This involves time, people, material, and equipment management. Owns the delivery of the required product to the customer, with a focus on inventory and fixed assets management according to the internal OFP (order fulfillment process) to achieve operational excellence. Also, is in charge of capacity requirement planning, support requirements in the mid-term, working closely with stakeholders (Field Service Engineer, Field Application Specialist, Field Sales Representative) and 3PL.
Oversee customer orders, including order entry, order status, document creation, stock allocation, order release, shipment tracking, sales recognition, and document management, ensuring permanent communication on the order status.
Major accountabilities:Day-to-day activities of customer instruments installations and demo equipment.Secure and develop a collaborative partnership with key stakeholders to drive fast and efficient project execution.Manage stakeholder engagement, coordinate and provide a project status on a regular basis to sponsors and stakeholders (including executive level management).Keep customer informed and engaged.
