TasksManage the end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding) for open rolesCoach, lead, and manage a team of 2 TAsCollaborate with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop and execute a hiring strategy to deliver a strong talent pipeline, adapted to the market and the company's growth objectivesLead and manage the performance review process, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to employees and managersDesign, implement, and evaluate talent development programs that support the growth and development of employees across all levels of the organizationEstablish and monitor KPIs and talent metrics to measure the hiring success and other programs' effectivenessActively look for ways to improve the processes, workflows, and the use of toolsContribute to enhancing the employer brand, making the organization an attractive choice for top talentStay informed about market trends and talent insights to advise our leaders and maintain competitiveness in the hiring performanceReporting to the People & Culture Manager RequirementsFull professional level of EnglishAny other European language (German is a big plus!)A degree in HR or any other fieldAt least 3 years of full recruitment cycle experience (tech focus is a plus!)At least 2 years of experience in managing and leading a recruitment team toward successAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and be flexible in adjusting the strategy accordingly to business needs.
