Role OverviewAs Product Manager, you'll be responsible for defining and implementing country-specific commercial (i.e., marketing and sales) strategies for AAA products, developed in conjunction with the local cross-functional brand leadership team, aligned with global and regional brand strategy, and endorsed by local management.
Key ResponsibilitiesTranslation, scientific proofreading, and adaptation of marketing campaigns.Compliance of all documents with Spanish and Company regulations.Creation of training materials and realization of marketing campaign surveys with the panel of prescribers.Animation of KAM training elements of the marketing campaign.Ensure alignment between Theragnostic Team (KAM's, Medical Team, Market Access Manager).Management and participation in national congresses and other educational activities.Develop competitive landscapes as well as market insights which will contribute to short-midterm strategic brand planning.Manage the product life cycle of products.KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management and development.Implementation and monitoring of projects with patient associations.Monitoring and analysis of the performances of the actions carried out and adjusting activities accordingly.Allocation, management, and optimization of the marketing budget.Marketing reflection on issues identified by the Head of Therapeutic Operations.Commitment to Diversity & InclusionNovartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.
Minimum RequirementsWhat you'll bring to the role:Education: Life Science Degree
Languages: Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with pharmaceutical products. Product & Disease extensive knowledge. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Ability to prioritize workload.
Desirable RequirementsOncology experience.
