The Role
As a Senior Strategic Partner Manager, you will lead initiatives that define the success of our partnership ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships and working closely with key leadership, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our most important regional partnerships across Europe and the UKI (e.g., Pleo, Yokoy Emburse and Rydoo). The partnership channel will look to account for 2x our revenue output in the EU region, and this role will be critical in that growth. Based in our Barcelona HQ, you'll join a global, forward-thinking team that values creativity, collaboration, and ambition. You will drive collaboration across internal teams, ensuring that our partnerships are aligned with the company's broader strategic goals and maximising their potential to achieve business success. What You'll Be Doing Lead Partnership Relationships: Manage and nurture relationships with essential Strategic EU and UKI partners, ensuring their goals align with ours to achieve shared success.Develop Strategic Initiatives: Design and implement forward-thinking partnership strategies that unlock new growth opportunities and enhance existing collaborations.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams across marketing, product development, and sales to ensure seamless execution of partner-driven initiatives.Drive Performance: Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.Optimise Processes: Create and refine internal workflows to optimise team operations and maximise the value delivered through partnerships.
