Note from our hiring manager: We are looking to hire a senior HR manager to oversee all aspects of HR operations, ensuring the engagement, compliance, and well-being of a diverse remote workforce while aligning HR strategies with company goals.
Take ownership by: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a sense of belonging and engagement among remote employees.
Monitor employee satisfaction and develop initiatives to improve retention rates.
Establish remote-friendly performance evaluation processes.
Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
Manage remote compensation packages and ensure they are competitive in various global markets.
Monitor compliance with compensation and benefits regulations.
Stay up-to-date with international labor laws and regulations related to remote work.
Manage HR software and tools that support remote HR functions, such as virtual onboarding platforms and HRIS systems.
Collect and analyze HR data related to remote employees to inform decision-making.
Align HR initiatives with the company's long-term goals.
Budget management (P&L, HR related purchasing, subscription management).
PTO and sick leave management.
Developing and maintaining culture by ing and maintaining our values and habits.
Job requirements: This challenge will suit you if: You have experience working in a multi-national organization, experience, and knowledge of employment law in at least two different countries.
You are fluent in English, native or near-native.
You have at least five years of experience in an HR Management position or similar.
Excellent communication abilities, written and interpersonal skills.
You have completed formal education in Human Resources, Business administration, or related fields.
You have prior experience working in a 100% remote company.
Bonus: You are fluent in one of the following additional languages: Spanish, French, German, or Dutch.
You have multi-company experience (managing multiple entities).
Experience in an HR role in the SaaS space.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
Experience working with Employer of Records (EoR).
