OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:The EMEA Digital Operations Manager is responsible to lead the operations at scale for our digital marketing platforms in EMEA in support of OPCOs (operating companies) & IBVTs (integrated brand value team leads) in an inclusive, timely & qualitative manner.
The EMEA Digital Operations Manager will work on various regional strategic digital projects driving standardization & governance of operations in Digital within the region, answer business needs, partner with cross-functional teams to shape these projects and launch them in close collaboration with EMEA & local teams.
MAIN ACTIVITIES/TASKS:Lead standardization efforts on digital operations in the regionLead the governance on agency operations & media operationsDrive process optimization projects to bring efficiencies on operating digital at scale in JanssenLiaise with all stakeholders to ensure quality of deliverables, timely progression of projects, and adherence to specificationEnsure all developed projects & strategies respond to our industry-specific compliance guidelinesSuccessfully develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders to maintain communication and manage expectations with regards to services functionality and deliveryDrive change management & communication projects to internal stakeholders to drive the new strategic projects and best-in-class adoption of strategiesBuild strong networks across the whole organization to maximize scaling of regional strategyQualificationsESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Master or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.Expert in Digital, Omnichannel and digital marketingComprehensive understanding of the critical business questions and drivers of performance.Strong communication and presentation skills.Strong networking skills with the ability to create and develop collaborative working relationships across different departments and countries.Strong change management experience.Excellent written and spoken English.
Fluency in additional EMEA languages would be beneficial.Ability to work effectively in virtual teams in a highly matrixed environment.EXPERIENCE:A minimum of 5 years business experience is required in the digital marketing field.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSExtensive experience in leading digital operations, ideally in the pharma industry (+3 years)Strong background in overall digital marketing and digital project management (+5 years)Experience with agency governance & alignment (+3 years)A process person used to operate in environments where complexity is high with the necessary business acumen to establish logical links between processes and business impactAble to review business requirements, identify issues and generate possible solutions to complex problems whilst establishing good standard operating proceduresAble to translate business requirements into written specifications and/or visual aids (e.g.
