Your future role: Take on a new challenge and apply your Infrastructure Maintenance Projects expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You will carry out the maintenance of all tramway systems in Barcelona, as well as all the IT communications that enable the transverse operation of different systems.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Services and Project Management), verify the correct development of the maintenance plan, and much more.
Responsibilities: Elaborate and verify all necessary documentation to undertake the Industrial Maintenance Process.
Establish and optimize the maintenance process.
Follow up on quality contract indexes (Reliability, Availability, Regularity, etc.)
and conduct failure analysis.
Conduct studies of equipment life potential and its optimization.
Update maintenance information in LCC.
Monitor and control modifications and/or specific activities.
Propose and implement actions to improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure proper revision and imputation of fault descriptions, causes, and solutions in the texts of the F.I.
Correctly impute costs (M.O.
+ Material) to Preventive and Corrective Work Orders.
Implement and follow up on the Calibration Plan for the Barcelona Tramways Project.
Monitor and analyze technical problems with different technologists, suppliers, and other participating units of ALSTOM in the projects.
Elaborate technical reports on breakdowns.
Control software versions of electronic equipment.
Analyze and implement predictive maintenance techniques.
Follow up on repairs made by suppliers.
Ensure compliance with Quality and Environmental Norms, Safety, and Labor Health.
Generate material coding requests and identify materials for purchase from non-captive suppliers.
