Develop & maintain the global & regional credit policy in collaboration with Operations, Commercial Finance & the Global O2C director.Design processes related to credit & litigation management to support global & regional credit policy.Enforce & monitor adherence to the global & regional credit policy & designed process in all the subsidiaries to accepted standards.Provide visibility & report on credit risk & litigation at global level.Support minimization of bad debt & write-off while fostering business development.Ensure credit risk & litigation data reporting relevance & accuracy.Manage a team of 5-10 people (local & remote) in charge of:Assessing, monitoring & reviewing client credit risk profile & credit limit in accordance with SLA.Proposing risk mitigation solutions to support business.Managing pre-litigation & litigation proceeding to collect debt.Reporting on credit risk & litigation.Managing relationship & contract with credit & litigation supplier including credit bureau.Interface with top management level for global risk.Chair global credit committee and support regional committees when needed.Collaborate on global O2C projects for your area of expertise (Credit management & Litigation).Monitor & achieve annual personal and team objectives.Any other adhoc duties related to credit risk & litigation.Global Credit and Litigation Manager | PageGroup SSCMinimum Requirements:Min 5 year experience in credit management and/or Litigation.Degree in Economy / Business Admin / Finance.Strong critical thinking, analytical & financial analysis skills.Understanding the whole OTC process, legal and contractual scope.Previous experience in a similar managerial role.Proactive, dynamic, organized with a methodical approach.Excellent verbal & written communication as well as negotiation skills.Fluent and professional English is a must, any other European language is highly valued.PageGroup was established in the UK in 1976.
