Trigyn has a contractual opportunity as User Support Trainer. This resource will be working at our client site in Spain.
Responsibilities Prepare Class I UAS course material according to ICAO and client annexes, policies and guidelines. Deliver Class I UAS training to UNGSC clients, globally. Prepare lessons learned reports after delivery of Class I UAS training. Review Class I UAS policies and guidelines and international best practice and provide updated learning products to UN clients, as required. Deliverable UAS training delivery for UAS Operators and Trainers on behalf of UNGSC, globally.
Functional Competencies SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Knowledge of Class I UAS Knowledge of Class I UAS operations Ability to deliver training material in both a civilian and military learning environment Ability to work effectively within a variety of government agencies and stakeholder groups and a diversity of individuals (gender, age, language etc.) Availability and commitment to perform the tasks and to deliver work on time Ability to plan, prioritize and deliver tasks effectively and on time Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines Ability to synthesize information in a clear and well-structured manner Ability to travel globally at relatively short notice of 30 days Record of working harmoniously in a team Sensitive to do-no-harm approach Education/Experience/Language Requirements Education A relevant first university degree (bachelor's or equivalent) in combination with two (2) additional years of relevant experience or a pilot's license may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree.
A minimum A1/A3 UAS qualification recognized by an appropriate licensing authority is a mandatory requirement.
Experience A minimum of 5 years relevant work with communications systems or sensors or aviation assets is required.
Demonstrated previous experience in leading and facilitating training programmes is desirable.
Language Full working knowledge (Fluent) of the English language written and oral communication skills is required.
