Empresas: Six Senses IbizaResponsibilities:Work in partnership with other departments to ensure guests' needs are determined and met, overseeing the overall smooth operation of guest arrivals.Maintain a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the resort, including types of rooms available, their location and layout, selling status, rates, and benefits of all package plans, credit policy of the hotel, and reservation coding.Understand the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.Update the guest history and profile system as required.Maintain guest experience as a focal point, acting or directing accordingly to ensure the execution of guest requests.Review daily arrivals to ensure everything is ready for a seamless arrival experience, identifying and executing upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.Handle guest complaints, suggestions, and/or compliments, logging and reporting them appropriately in the system, taking prompt and effective action, and following up until closure.Comply with cashier procedures and report accordingly and timely, including maintaining a well-balanced bank assigned by the Resort.Provide all necessary information to both Finance and/or Management team during unannounced audits of cashier closure procedures.Perform any additional tasks assigned by Front Desk Supervisor or above in the organization.Qualifications:Minimum hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school and more than two years of experience in a similar hotel operational role.Excellent organizational skills, with a personal involvement and visibility.Ability to provide focused direction and continue to establish the property's prominent position within the market.Intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence, and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer.Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Familiarity with various hotel systems including Micros POS, Opera PMS, and CRM platforms.Knowledge of hotel/resort policies regarding reservations, discounts, and detailed procedures for handling local and overseas room bookings.Excellent command of written and spoken English and some knowledge of the local language and customs.Requisitos:El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo: https://www.kitempleo.es/empleo/115717749/z-184-front-desk-agent-six-senses-ibiza-islas-baleares-ibiza/?utm_source=html
