Your tasks and responsibilities:Ensure Backlogs are properly maintained by Application Managers/Service Owners and Process Owners.Enable Application Managers, Service Owners and Process Owners to maintain Backlogs.Drive Adoption of Agile Methodologies within DW.Organize and moderate Scrum Ceremonies for Service and Process Teams in DW.Provide Agile Trainings and Coaching for the different Service/Process Teams within DW.Support DW teams in determining resource allocations to maintain agile practices and ensure smooth project delivery.Define, develop and maintain Reports based on Azure DevOps to track our Projects and Services progress, and support in decision making.Maintain Azure DevOps for DW.Establish aligned process to accommodate different Iteration and Release cycles on cross functional topics, e.g. ServiceNow Sprints fitting to Azure DevOps Sprints.Ensure that documentations are available for all Team members on agile methods applicable to them.Support Team Leads and Project Managers in project planning to minimize project impact on BAU activities and define realistic due dates.Represent DW in our Activity Management Initiative.Contribute to IT Organizations Agile journey by actively participating in the Initiative and acting as a Sparring Partner for the representatives of other CoCs.You will work closely with the business analysts, project managers and other developers to understand and meet the requirements.Take feedback and decisions from AMT back to DW Teams for adoption within the Team. Your qualifications and experience:You have at least 5-7 Years of IT work experience in software development.You have successfully completed a Master's degree.You have in-depth experience in the use of agile methods such as Agile / Scrum.You have very good knowledge of common IT processes (e.g. ITIL Framework) to support us as part of an IT service management organization. Your profile and skills:Your ability to lead discussions on relevant business topics in English language is the basis for efficient and eye-level communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.You are characterized by self-motivation and a high-performance standard.
