IT Change Manager (f / m / d) Pay group 14 TVöD VKA

What you create with us Design, implementation, further development and active management of a comprehensive BSR-wide IT change management and release/deployment management process using the ITIL framework.
Conception, organization and operational implementation of corresponding boards along the process chains (CAB, eCAB, CIB, PIR) within BSR IT.
Ensuring the quality, documentation, reports and KPIs of IT change management and release/deployment management by means of active control measures.
Active participation in the further development of all ITIL processes and their implementation in the ITSM tool as well as identification of potential for improvement.
(Partial) project management of projects in the IT change management context.
What you bring with you Completed university education (Bachelor's degree / FH diploma) in the field of economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or computer science, possibly with additional qualifications and at least 6 years of proven professional experience in an equivalent position, ideally in a management consultancy, an IT-driven company or an IT department.
Or completed academic university education (Master's degree / university diploma) in the field of economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or computer science or recognition as "other employee" and many years of proven professional experience in an equivalent position, ideally in a management consultancy, an IT-driven company or an IT department.
Many years of experience in IT projects for process support, software development and the selection and implementation of applications based on different technical infrastructures and technologies.
Experience in IT change and release management, the design, implementation or operation of ITIL processes.
Many years of experience in (meta-)modeling and in the definition and creation of suitable IT frameworks.
Experience in (technical) project management, project collaboration and project support in IT projects and projects with an IT component.
