What you will do in this role
As a Partner Support Representative on our team, you will:
Provide Basic SEO optimization recommendations KW gap analysis & partner onsite search recommendationsContent auditing - 1st pass review of Online audit results.
Quality checks & feedback to audit agency as requiredHighlighting key gaps on partner site and sharing partner level optimization reportContent best practice sharing & training to partnersSyndication partner onboarding processBug identification/ 'content gap'/delivery delay /feedback to internal teamsMonitor use of etail toolkit execution & drive timely NPI execution1st line support for content queriesLocal language translation checks on content and KWTrack improvements and optimizations - provide ROI estimationsRatings & Reviews - map current landscape, best practice sharingPartner KPI dashboard reviewKPI, Performance analysis and optimization recommendationsFollow up on KPI reporting from partners regarding digital marketing executionTrack overall digital business plan execution as requestedYour qualifications

Are proficient or bilingual in French and advanced in English, Portuguese is a plus!Have good knowledge in IT and preferably storage environmentsA university degree in marketing, ecommerce, business administration preferred but other degrees will be consideredMin.
One year of related Online sales and/or digital content management experienceExcellent negotiation, management, and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent presentation skillsGood computing literacy (Windows, Office, etc.)
