Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in e-commerce.Proven track record of maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets or KPIs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
