About the job For this specific position, we take into consideration applicants for Full-time but also Part-time employment as long as you are available to work a minimum of four hours per day.
What you'll do Develop a display ad strategy that increases our ROAS and scales spend to the optimal point under diminishing returns on Facebook with potential to add Google display.
Implement and continually adjust the appropriate spend across ad campaigns and platforms.
Automate operations and scale the display ad program by proactively monitoring app download sources to set and exceed customer conversion goals.
Develop and implement AB testing frameworks and regular ad refreshes to combat ad fatigue and increase ad engagement and ROAS.
Proactively recommend new campaigns, and provide performance feedback to internal teams.
Use a mindset of experimentation to quickly test and advance from one new ad concept or ad platform to another to serve our unique business needs.
Collaborate with the analytics team to build a performance metric dashboard and present learnings and actionable recommendations to the stakeholders.
Partnering with the finance and analytics teams, monitor and own the LTV-to-CAC for display ad spend.
About you 2+ years of Paid Media experience at a start-up or a tech company offering apps to consumers.
Demonstrable experience, certifications and relationships with Facebook Ads, bonus for Google Display ads too.
Deep knowledge of Facebook's variety of tools for ad execution and conversion tracking.
Proven track record of establishing and scaling an ROI-positive display ad program that directly drives high volume of product conversions.
You are a great storyteller and communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of internal/external stakeholders
