Job DescriptionAssist in the review and gathering of business requirements for various HR system updates and/or functionality; assist in developing specification documentation.Create test plans and/or related documentation that would be used to manage the testing process.Perform system troubleshooting. Assist in review, testing, and implementation of system enhancements.Collaborate with IT staff to coordinate updates and/or fixes and document the process and results.Provide production support, including researching and resolving HR technology issues, unexpected results, or process flaws.Conduct regular data audits and implement validation measures to ensure data integrity.Lead new system implementation.Make recommendations to help re-engineer and improve effectiveness of various HR processes.QualificationsStrong experience in relevant area.Experience with technologies supporting any combination of the following HR disciplines: Talent Acquisitions, Talent Development (Learning and Performance Management), Onboarding, Engagement, and HR Operations.ServiceNow experience is highly desired.Must be comfortable using Microsoft Productivity Suite.Intermediate project management skills and follow through on deliverables under minimal supervision, ability to lead small to medium HR technology projects.Solid understanding of HR Functional areas and how downstream data flow from HRIS supports each function.Lead tactical conversations with stakeholders.Develop training materials and facilitate training.Verisk Analytics is an equal opportunity employer.
