- Conduct market research to identify and acquire new suppliers, negotiating favorable terms.
- Coordinate onboarding, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with the content team to enhance supplier acquisition and retention.
- Promptly manage and resolve supplier incidents to maintain strong relationships.
- Build and optimize supplier relationships through data analysis to improve retention.
- Monitor supplier performance accurately during booking to ensure reliability.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to boost supplier engagement.
- Stay informed about company developments for effective communication with suppliers.
Minimum Requirements: - +2 years of experience in customer service and/or business development.
- Degree in Tourism, Revenue Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Native level of written and spoken Portuguese & Advanced English.
Spanish is a plus, and any other languages will be an asset for our expansion plans.
- Based in Barcelona and comfortable with a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 possible days remotely).
- Proficient in managing and prioritizing tasks with a keen understanding of urgency.
- Utilizes strong and positive language to engage clients effectively while demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
